Hello, hope all is well! Not sure if anyone is still monitoring this, but I was wondering if the scanned copy, even if only one segment, was available anywhere. If I could officially and legally purchase the book I would, but that&#039;s not possible other than from second hand people asking for hundreds. Would appreciate it, thanks!&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
